Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Powder

I ordered four tubs since I go through creatine fast, and all of them arrived well packaged with no damage. Mixes smooth every time, and my strength has been climbing steadily.

First time using micronized creatine powder. I was expecting it to be difficult to mix, but it's actually pretty easy with a shaker.

It does what it's supposed to do. Doesn't dissolve quite as much in plain ice-cold water as other instant-mix powders, but it does the job.

Unflavored is honestly the best for me kasi hindi ako limited sa isang flavor. Pwede sa protein shake, juice, or plain water
