Average lang, gumagana naman pero mas prefer ko sana kung mas mabilis makikita yung effects. Would still continue using since walang downside naman at mura lang siya.

Didn't notice much of a difference honestly after weeks of use. Mixes fine, no complaints there, but the recovery benefits felt pretty subtle for me personally
