super nagpapawis ako sa gym dito sa Pilipinas, tapos itong stick packs, super convenient, dala-dala ko lang kahit saan. 1800mg electrolytes per stick pa, legit na-feel ko yung difference sa energy ko during workouts.
Watermelon Ice okay lang, medyo artificial pa rin yung lasa para sa akin personally. Effective naman as hydration source pero taste-wise, di ko masyadong bet.

Might be more useful for people who don't drink enough water normally, but for me, the impact felt pretty minimal.
Taste is mild and pleasant, not overpowering.
It actually tastes decent too, not overly sweet or artificial like some hydration mixes I've tried. I've noticed I'm not getting those mid-afternoon energy dips as much, and I feel like I recover faster after sweating a ton during training.
