A bit too sweet for my taste and left me feeling overly full for hours. Effective for weight gain, but I had to cut my servings in half to make it more manageable.
Okay so like, sobrang helpful nito sa bulking phase ko, literally I struggle to eat enough calories kasi mabilis akong mabusog, pero itong shake, super convenient na paraan para ma-hit ko yung daily surplus ko without feeling super bloated.
