I wanted something different from my usual protein powder, so I gave this a try. I like the texture when mixed with water, and it’s been pretty easy to drink even on days when I’m not in the mood for a heavy meal.

Great stuff. Keeps u full, controls ur appetite and diet. Great supplement, not food replacement. Definitely doesn't make u bulk if u consistently workout to achieve ur desired fitness level thru training. Feeling the benefits slowly but surely.

Sobrang effective niya para sa cutting phase ko. May 30g protein kada scoop at ramdam kong lumiliit ang tiyan ko habang lumalaki ang muscles ko nang hindi nawawalan ng lakas.
