Honestly, mas prefer ko pa rin yung powder version, mas mabilis mag-kick in feel ko. Pero since super traveler ako at ayaw ko ng shaker sa bag, sinubukan ko 'to. Gumagana naman pero parang mas mabagal effect, or baka nga placebo lang talaga ang dati kong feel
